Where worlds collide, magic happens.

Our journey began with two seemingly mismatched pieces: a brewcrew who’d crafted beer from Germany to Japan, and chefs who’d risen from the humble towns of India to culinary stardom. On paper, it shouldn’t have worked. But the best stories rarely follow the expected path.

We set out to create beers that would speak to both worlds – the precise craftsmanship of European brewing traditions and the bold, untamed spirit of Indian innovation. Each recipe became a dialogue between East and West, tradition and revolution, the familiar and the unexpected.

Our first batches were born in Bangalore’s Whitefield, where tech pioneers build tomorrow’s wonders. Perhaps it was fitting that we too were pioneering something new: beers that told stories. Our Belgian Wit whispered tales of ancient spice routes through its coriander and orange peel notes. Our ESB carried echoes of London pubs in its malty depths, while our Bangalore Daze IPA captured the vibrant pulse of India’s garden city.

The path wasn’t always smooth. Some said Indian palates weren’t ready for craft beer’s complexity. Others insisted traditional recipes shouldn’t be “indianized.” But like the mighty rhinoceros we’re named after, we charged forward with unwavering purpose. Because we believed that great beer, like great stories, knows no borders.

Today, from our brewhouses in Bangalore and Hyderabad, we’re writing new chapters in India’s craft beer story. We’re storytellers who work in grain and hops, visionaries who believe that in every glass lies the potential for connection, for discovery, for moments that become memories.

Welcome to our story. It’s still being written.
