Meet The Chef - Abhijit Saha - Red Rhino Craft Brewery + Inspired Kitchen Patron Chef

Chef Saha is the Co-founder and Director of Avant Garde Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. His award winning restaurants include Caperberry & Fava (UB City) & Café Cassia (Cinnamon Boutique, Ulsoor) in Bangalore & Saha Signature Indian Restaurant & Bar in Singapore. With over 26 years of national and international experience, Chef Saha has been named the ‘Chef of the Year’ by Times Food Awards, 2016 as well as been named the ‘Best Chef of India’ at the Indian Restaurant Congress, 2013. He has also been the guest judge of MasterChef India 2016.

We are delighted to welcome to Red Rhino, Chef Saha, to manage our kitchen, oversee our menu and work with our talented team to create wonderful, tasty dishes for our customers to enjoy. It is very exciting to have a his input of ideas and he certainly shares our passion for producing top dishes, created using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. As we move forward there will be a few changes to our menu, to complement our current offering.
